🔮 What’s ahead in 2026
As we ease into the new year, I wanted to take a minute to re-introduce myself, share about my work and how I can support you, and what I have in store for you in 2026.
My passion is helping women feel more alive and embodied, and reclaim their power through nature-based, body-based wisdom. I teach that in tangible, practical ways that affect the energetics of your body and mind.
More recently I’ve added offerings for mothers of boys. I want to help moms to not only understand our sons physically, mentally and emotionally, but also experience our own personal reclamation that nurtures their Divine Boyhood and raise the men who will help create the world we want to live in.
WHAT’S COMING IN 2026…
One-on-one Sessions
I’m excited to be sharing a brand new one-on-one offering, along with the option to see me for Ayurvedic/Somatic one-on-one-sessions. That info will be coming out very soon!
Workshops & Group Programs
In the year ahead my main focus is on offering services and programs to support my mission and vision I shared above. You’ll be invited to join programs like:

Free Resources
And you can also now access lots of free resources on my website, including quizzes, workshop recordings, guides and podcasts. You can also check out my blog. And if you haven’t already, you can connect with me on social media: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
And if you’re new to this space and would like to know more about me…I’ve been studying and practicing Yoga, Ayurveda and Astrology (Western and Vedic) for two decades, and studying Somatic Experiencing since 2021. I’m an Certified Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Yoga Teacher and Pancha Karma Specialist. I also hold a Masters Degree in Latin American Studies with a Minor in Gender Studies/Public Health.
I’ve been with my husband Philipp for 18 years, and - the credential that’s arguably taught me the most - I’m a mother to two boys, Sam (12) and Archie (9), who have helped me see the potential of what could be for all of us, and be willing to fight for it with all I’ve got.
On a final note, my big lesson from 2025 was how much our health as women depends on community and being with each other. To quote one of my favorite lines from one of my favorite shows, Fleabag: “People are all we’ve got.” In 2026 and beyond, we are being called to reconnect to our bodies, reconnect to Nature and her nourishment, reconnect to our humanity and find each other again.
This is what I would love to do with you in the year ahead.
Much love,
Courtney
