PROGRAM REGISTRATION POLICY

  • Radiant Living Coaching Group is a 6-month coaching program.
  • Selection of a payment plan and the first payment is required to secure your spot, price and bonuses for the selected program. This payment is not refundable.
  • Payment plans are available. The first payment is due upfront to secure your spot. All payment plans are set-up as auto-pay.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Courtney and her team put a lot of effort into an accurate representation of the course experience and we are happy to answer your questions in advance. Because our products are digital goods that are accessible, once the member is given access to program materials, we do not offer refunds. This includes the 6-month payment plan. Once you sign up for the course, you are committing to completing your payment over 6 months. Thank you for understanding.
  • Refund for fees paid on a program will be given if cancellation is requested before program access is given. The deposit is not refundable.
  • Our policy on cancellations and returns is strict because you are given access to valuable content as soon as you are entered into our program hub.
  • Program content is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

TESTIMONIALS, STORIES AND LIVE CALL/SOCIAL MEDIA LIVE SESSIONS

Live Sessions with Courtney LaCava and the other "Courtney LaCava, Ayurvedic Practitioner" coaches, mentors, assistants, and team members take place on Zoom an/or the Kajabi live call platform. While using the platform the user must comply with Zoom and/or Kajabi policies.

"Courtney LaCava, Ayurvedic Practitioner" records and stores all live sessions. By attending the live sessions, you agree for your voice and video to be recorded and stored by "Courtney LaCava, Ayurvedic Practitioner." You also agree to have the recording published in the program hub and promoted in our private forum to program members.

"Courtney LaCava, Ayurvedic Practitioner" will not share this material with third parties. "Courtney LaCava, Ayurvedic Practitioner" will ask for your consent before sharing any recording outside of the program members’ community.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site and providing notice of such change. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision.

This policy complies to the US law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European residents.

I provide you with the information and the guidance to cultivate healthier daily habits. I am not a licensed health care provider. I do not engage in patient diagnosis or the practice of medicine. Similarly, I am not a counselor or therapist. If in doubt, please ask for clarification.

  • The services offered by Courtney LaCava are at all times restricted to coaching, consultation and evaluation on the subject of lifestyle and healthy eating guidelines. These services are intended for the maintenance and optimization of general health and do not involve diagnosing, prognosticating or treatment of disease.
  • I am consenting on my own behalf.
