Deep Relaxation for Busy Women

As we move through the darkest time of the year, we have access to deep clarity, rejuvenation and the potential to build vitality and stamina for the year ahead.

Yoga Nidra is one of the most powerful practices I have to share.

I would love to help you move through life with more joy, less stress and some time and space for yourself and what you want.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation.

Unlike traditional sleep, where the mind and body enter a passive state, Yoga Nidra allows you to remain aware of your inner experience while accessing profound relaxation and healing.

During a typical session, participants lie comfortably down while guided through various stages, which may include setting an intention (Sankalpa), body awareness, breath regulation, and visualizations.

This journey leads you into a state of profound relaxation where the body undergoes healing and rejuvenation, and the mind can release accumulated stress.

For a yoga nidra practice you will only need a place to lie quietly, a mat or blanket to lie on, comfortable, warm clothes, and a blanket to cover you. We will not be doing any postures. You will simply be lying down.
