In your six 75-minute sessions Courtney will:

  • Work with Ayurvedic wisdom for supporting your and our sons’ health, including practices to…
    • strengthen digestion, which is the foundation of health
    • deepen physical and emotional nourishment
    • help you live in rhythm with Nature’s cycles rather than live out of rhythm, creating stress and dysregulation
    • build strong vitality and immunity, cultivating physical, mental and emotional stability and stamina
  • Work with somatic practices to nurture your and your sons' embodiment and nervous systems health
  • Connect with other mothers of boys in innovative group practices to work through your mothering challenges and unleash our individual and collective power

We can raise the men who will help us create the world we want to live in. But we can’t do this alone. We need each other.
