Here’s what I want every woman to understand: Our liberation will come through our bodies.

But it’s not through playing wack-a-mole with symptoms, loading ourselves with supplements or eliminating so much from our lives that we’re living in scarcity and restriction.

Ayurveda and Somatics are the knowledge of how to be more alive in your body. How to build your capacity to ride the waves of life. How to be more connected to yourself, to your loved ones and the world around you.

Symptoms tell us how we are out of alignment - individually and collectively. They alleviate when we live in alignment with the cycles of nature and honor our female body rhythms.

When we do this, we live from Source energy rather than stress energy.
