We are living in fractured culture in chaotic times. Mothers are witnessing headlines detailing mass boundary ruptures by men, violence, fear and extreme polarization while contending with our own history, and raising boys without the Village. Stakes feel as high as they can be. We feel the inner urgency to raise our boys more consciously but it feels like there is no map.

You may be asking yourself

"How do I teach my son about consent and boundaries when I'm still healing my own wounds around them?"

"How do I honor my son's wildness and intensity without shaming him or making him small?"

"How do I talk to him about his body, desire, and boundaries when everything in culture is telling him his body is a threat?"

"How am I supposed to be doing this deeper work when I'm so burned out just keeping up with daily life?"

We are mothering from individual and collective depletion. Despite our desire to make it all better - as mamas do - we’re juggling the overwhelm of daily life and feel that limitation.

We see men perpetrating the unspeakable. We hear the rhetoric of, “Yes, all men!” And we look at our boys in their beautiful, wild innocence and know that’s not true. We know we are collectively failing them, but feel like true change requires a whole system reboot.

Just one more small “task” to add to our Motherhood Mount Everest To-Do List.

In a fractured culture, we need to understand what’s missing:

→ Connection to our bodies

→ Connection to Mother Nature and her rhythms

→ Connection to each other

This is our map. There is ancestral, nature-based, body-based wisdom available to all of us, right here, right now. But we cannot do this alone.

We need each other.

This workshop is for you if…

  • You are witnessing mass boundary ruptures, violence, fear and extreme polarization, are contending with our own history, and raising boys without the Village.
  • You feel like the stakes are incredibly high and there’s tremendous urgency, but you don’t know where to turn for guidance, what to teach your son and how to teach them.
  • You are mothering from a place of depletion and burn out, you want to make a change but are juggling the overwhelm of daily life.
  • You deeply feel the absence of The Village and of trusted elder men and masculine figures to guide your son.
  • You fear the impact of a touch-starved society and boys hearing their bodies are dangerous.
  • You want to learn how to honor and direct your son’s inherent wildness while also teaching him to be empathetic, attuned and respectful.

In a world of rapidly increasing complexity, we need to simplify and understand the root cause. We need to tune into the actions that will have the most impact.

We need to understand how our health as mothers is directly tied to the state of The Masculine - and how much power that gives us in this moment.

In this workshop we will...

Talk about what your son’s nervous system actually needs — and why "gentle" isn't the answer.

We'll look at what testosterone does to a boy's body and brain, why his bigness, loudness, and aggression aren't problems to fix, and how repression and shame create the very outcomes mothers are afraid of.

Learn parallel co-regulation — the single most powerful tool for interrupting your son's isolation.

You'll learn a simple, low-pressure daily practice that regulates his nervous system through yours, without needing him to talk, open up, or make eye contact. This is the antidote to screens, shutdown, and emotional withdrawal.

Reframe consent and boundaries from fear-based rules to embodied, pleasure-positive skills.

We'll untangle the overcorrection — the touch-aversion, the cancel culture, the overly complicated consent scripts — and replace it with something boys can actually feel and use: attunement to their own body and genuine awareness of others.

Explore somatic practices you can bring home — for him and for yourself.

Through guided group and body-based exercises, you'll practice tracking sensation, setting boundaries from the inside out, and helping your son learn to feel his aggression, his desire, and his discomfort without being consumed or shut down by them.

Reckon honestly with your own wounds so they don't become his inheritance.

We'll hold space for the reality that you are contending with your own history of boundary ruptures and male violence while trying to raise a boy. Uncoupling your trauma from his behavior is not optional — it's the work.

Understand the impact of restoring your own yin — the grounding, nourishment, and stability that makes all of this possible.

You cannot teach what you haven't embodied. We'll look at how collective yin depletion is at the root of the crisis, and how reclaiming connection to your body, to nature, and to each other is what creates the conditions for our collective to stabilize, and for your son to actually receive what you're trying to give him.

This is not a typical parenting workshop that only focuses on using your will-power to solve your kids’ problems. This is a workshop rooted in body-based wisdom where you’ll be empowered with a deeper understanding of your and your son’s body and simple practices that can have a big impact.
